CloudEye Technologies India Private Limited(OPC) hereby called as "CloudEye Technologies" or "Company" or "Our" or “LovePie” operates the application (the "Service").
The Content of the Application is the property of 'CloudEye Technologies' having its registered office at 'C-6, 2nd Floor, 1st Lane Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam-530016, Andhra Pradesh, India.
The following is published in compliance of, and is governed by the provisions of Indian law, including but not limited to:

- COLLECTING OF INFORMTION
The terms "personal information" and "sensitive personal data or information" are defined under the SPI Rules.
LovePie may by its Services, collect information relating to the devices through which you access the application, and anonymous data of your usage. The collected information will be used only for improving the quality of LovePie services.
The application allows LovePie to have access to registered Users' personal email for application functionality and to provide you a better way for obtaining feedback in relation to the Application's Services.
LovePie shall not be responsible in any manner for the authenticity of the personal information or sensitive personal data or information supplied by the Registered User to LovePie or to any other person acting on behalf of LovePie.
LovePie may use such information collected from the Registered Users from time to time for the purposes of debugging customer support related issues.
We will not share any Personal Information that we have collected from or regarding you with any third-party company or business partner.

MODIFYING YOUR INFORMATION
You can access and modify the Personal Information associated with your Account through your Account settings, where you can see delete your account or by contacting us at support@lovepie.in
If you want us to delete your Personal Information and your Account, please contact us at support@lovepie.in with your request. We'll take steps to delete your information as soon we can, but some information may remain in archived/backup copies as otherwise required by law.
RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIVICATION, ERASURE, AND RESTRICTION
You may inquire as to whether LovePie is Processing Personal Information about you, request access to Personal Information, and ask that we correct, amend or delete your Personal Information where it is inaccurate. Where otherwise permitted by applicable law, you may contact us at support@lovepie.in to request access to, receive (port), seek rectification, or request erasure of Personal Information held about you by us. Please include your full name, email address associated with your Account, and a detailed description of your data request. Such requests will be processed in line with local laws.
Although LovePie makes good faith efforts to provide Individuals with access to their Personal Information, there may be circumstances in which we are unable to provide access, including but not limited to: where the information contains legal privilege, would compromise others' privacy or other legitimate rights, where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the Individual's privacy in the case in question or where it is commercially proprietary. OUR POLICY TOWARD CHILDREN
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
